The Squamish Public Library offers library services to the residents of Squamish, Garibaldi Highlands, Brackendale, Britannia Beach and Furry Creek. As part of the BC Public Libraries network, the library is a part of the BC OneCard program which enables every BC resident with a library card to enjoy our library resources.
If you are not a resident but are still interested in using library resources, please speak to a staff member to find out about our non-resident services.
To connect our community to the world of learning, discovery and creativity.
The Squamish Public Library offers programs for all ages, from story times for children to lecture series, book clubs and workshops. No matter what information you are looking for, you will find it at the library. And if you can't, just ask the staff and they will do their best to help you!
Borrow books, DVDs, CDs or download from our e-book collections. We have e-magazines and print ones too, as well as your favorite newspaper. There is lots to see, do and experience at your library!
