Council is responsible for establishing policy, approving program funding, etc. and delegates day-to-day operations to staff. Council receives complete copies of all Comments to Council for information. If you have not been contacted by a District staff member within 72 hours after submitting your concern OR if you are dissatisfied with the response, please feel free to contact the appropriate Department Head directly.
