Squamish Business Resilience Program

What is the Resilience Program?

The District of Squamish Economic Development is pleased to provide the Squamish Business Resilience Program, developed in partnership with Spring Activator and The Discovery Foundation and supported by the Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Squamish, and the Downtown Squamish BIA.

This program aims to help small businesses and entrepreneurs recover from recent closures and other impacts related to COVID-19 by helping them evaluate their current business, create a plan to thrive, and access tools and resources to grow.

Delivered through an online platform, the program provides tools and resources from experts and is free for Squamish businesses to access.

Program Format

Business Resilience is delivered through an online platform that you can access as your time permits. Signing up gives you access to:

To ensure the learning sinks in, videos are accompanied by worksheets and case studies to generate practical takeaways for your business.

  2. Community Support PlatformConnect with other small business owners through a support hub where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from others.

  3. Ask An Expert webinars: Listen and ask for advice about challenges you’re facing from experts in the field during regularly scheduled calls.
