1000 LARAMEE ROAD - OCP AMENDMENT
An Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment was received for 1000 Laramee Road in Brackendale. The application sought to remove this parcel through an Official Community Plan amendment from Development Permit Area 1 (Protection of the Natural Environment). In addition, the application sought to re-designate the parcel from a land use designation of Greenway Corridors and Recreation to Residential Neighbourhoods.
APPLICATION result:
In October 2014, Council approved Bylaw 2308, 2013, removing the parcel from Development Permit Area 1. Council did not approve Bylaw 2353, 2014 which would have re-designated the parcel to Residential Neighbourhoods.
