The Development Permit proposes three (3) light industrial buildings accommodating 24 units with a total gross floor area of 6,587m2 (70,900 ft2). This use is permitted by the existing I-4 (Used Good Industrial) Zone for the property.
The subject lands are designated Employment & Industrial in the Official Community Plan, and are subject to the District’s Development Permit Area 6 (Squamish Industrial Park & Industrial) designation and associated guidelines.
