Development Variance Permit 102 - Lot 1 – (37956 Loggers Lane) Variance to Site Setbacks

APPROVED

The proposed Development Variance Permit No. 102 would reduce the District of Squamish Zoning Bylaw No. 2200, 2011 General Industrial (I-3) Zone’s front, rear and exterior side setbacks in order to maximize area on the lot for community use buildings, as follows:

  • Reduce the minimum front and rear setbacks for a principal building from 7.62m (25’-0”) to 1m (3’-3”). The front and rear lot lines abut Main St and Victoria St road ends; and
  • Reduce the minimum exterior side setback for a principal building from 6.10m (20’-0”) to 2m (6’-5”). The side lot line abuts the BC Rail right of way.

Please note the Council of the District of Squamish will be considering, at the Regular Council Meeting, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, 37955 – 2nd Avenue, Squamish, British Columbia, a resolution to issue Development Variance Permit No. 102.
