An application has been made to the District of Squamish which, if approved, would vary the following RS-2 Zone requirements:

  • Vary maximum lot coverage from 33% to 38% of the total area of the lot;
  • Vary front setback from 7.62m to 6.9m; and
  • Vary rear setback from 7.62m to 6.5m.
