Letter from Strata

Mary Guthrie and David Perodeau have submitted a rezoning application on property described as:

Strata Lot 9 District Lot 486 Group 1 New Westminster District Strata Plan BCS2725
Together with an Interest in the Common Property in Proportion to the Unit Entitlement of the Strata Lot as Shown on Form V, located at 37880 Third Ave, Squamish, B.C.

This application, if approved, would add ‘personal service establishment’ as a permitted use to the unit at 37880 Third Ave. The intention is to zone the property so that the business Just U Reflexology may operate in the suite.
