Rezoning - 40258 Glenalder Place

APPROVED

The District of Squamish has received application for a text amendment to the existing Comprehensive Development 19 Zone. The applicants are proposing to add “fitness centre” as a permitted use in the second storey of Garibaldi Village Phase 2.  No building or servicing changes are proposed. The new use will be contained entirely within the existing building.

Public hearing

At the Public Hearing for Bylaw 2383 on June 2, 2015, Council recessed the hearing. It will be recovened on June 16, 2015 at 6:00 PM.

It was           moved by Councillor Race,
                   seconded by Councillor Blackman-Wulff

                   THAT the Public Hearing for District of Squamish Zoning Bylaw No. 2200, 2011, Amendment Bylaw (40258 Glenalder) No. 2383, 2015 be recessed to resume on June 16, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.

Those who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposed amendment will have an opportunity to speak and to present written submissions at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend, please deliver a written submission to the General Manager of Corporate Services by 4:00 p.m. on the date of the Public Hearing.

All submissions will form part of the public record. Council will not consider submissions received afterthe close of the Public Hearing.
