APPROVED
Solterra Developments is proposing a two-lot subdivision at the corner of Commercial Way between Queens Way and Discovery Way.
Proposed Lot B will accommodate the four concrete multi-bay buildings which will be offered for sale or lease under Development Permit No. 342 (approved by Council August 20, 2013). Proposed Lot B will be at the northeast corner of Commercial Way and Discovery Way.
Lot A will be a vacant 2.90 ha Light Industrial zoned parcel at the northwest corner of Commercial Way and Queens Way, which will accommodate the Light Industrial permitted uses. No development permit has been received or issued for proposed Lot A at this time.
