Development Variance Permit 101 - 1276 Depot Rd

APPROVED

An application has been made to the District of Squamish which, if approved, would vary the lot coverage for an RS-2 zoned property. The variance would increase permitted lot coverage from 33% to 39.5% in order to accommodate rear raised decks on a duplex building located at 1276 Depot Road in Brackendale.

Now subdivided, new address is 41779 and 41783 Cottonwood Road
