About the event:

The Zero Carbon Step Code (ZCSC) is a provincial building standard that is part of the BC Building Code. It is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) in new Part 3 and Part 9 homes. Squamish is planning to adopt the ZCSC shortly, which will replace the current Low Carbon Density Incentive.
