Downtown Squamish Canada Day celebration

On Monday, July 1 the 2019 downtown festivities will kick off at 10 a.m. with a parade down Cleveland followed by the flag raising tradition, First Nations welcome, the singing of O Canada and cake cutting ceremony.

Join us at the U Siyam Pavilion and Junction Park to see what Squamish has to offer! From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. we will feature a jam-packed day of activities including live music, dance performance, vendor village, kids zone, and mouth-watering food trucks. Don't miss your chance to see the best free outdoor concerts that make Squamish reputation as a hot spot! The line up includes Bobs and Lolo, The Paperboys and more to be announced!

From 7 to 10:30 p.m., Brennan Park will be turned into a playground. With a beer garden and more bands to show off their best hits, this is not an event to miss! This wonderful venue has the best seats in town to listen to live music. Some say “it will be like the good old days”.

We hope to see many of you there! All events are Free, family-friendly and community focused.
