When disaster strikes, SEP volunteers trained in radio communications ensure response personnel are communicating well with each other. These volunteers use all available communication instruments such as cellular and satellite phones, UHF, VHF, and HF radios, computers, copiers, scanners, digital cameras, and faxes.
Good communication is key for effective Emergency Management Organization.
