  I would love to play volleyball as well, sadly I already have soccer on Wednesdays. Why is everything in Squamish on a Wednesday?!?!

    Thank you for inquiring about adult volleyball. Yes, it will be retuning this fall starting October.
    
    The first session is October 5, 2022, 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at Howe Sound Secondary. This repeats every week until December 14. Pre-registration is required for each session (each session is $7.50). You can register for the first 3 sessions now on our website at squamish.ca/rec then clicking “Register for Programs”. The rest of the sessions will be available for registration on a weekly basis starting October.

    Hello Mike - our recreation staff said they are not aware of any drop in ball hockey in town at the moment, however there is a league in the lower mainland that might be a good resource: premierballhockey.net

    Ditto! Intermediate player here itching to get more play time after moving here from the city. Looks like no programs available yet for volleyball. If anyone cares to organize, I’d be down to commit to play weekly.

    We do not currently offer an adult basketball program through Recreation Services. Before COVID, there was an adult program running on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Totem Hall administered by Squamish Nation Recreation Services. I am not certain if this program has resumed or is still on hold. You can contact Squamish Nation’s recreation department directly for further details.
    
    Unfortunately, at this time the school gyms are not open to this type of outside booking so all of our other adult drop in sports, ex. indoor soccer, volleyball, are still on hold until the situation changes.
