Summer Camps

How many spots are being offered?

The number of available spots will remain the same as in previous years, however they’re going to look and feel a bit different.  All camps are programmed to be spent outside 99% of the time. In the case of high-risk/extreme weather such as thunder and lightning, a safe space will be provided inside the arena dry slab and gym with physical distancing measures in place.

What precautions are you taking to prevent illness and the potential spread of COVID-19?

  • Campers will be grouped into cohorts of six children + one leader.
  • Cohorts will follow proper physical distancing protocol and will intermingle with children in one other cohort for some activities.
  • Physical distancing will be at all times.
  • The sharing of equipment and supplies will be limited wherever possible, and will be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
  • Supervised hand washing before and after each activity, and before and after each meal will take place.
  • Daily health screenings will be mandatory for all staff.

Camp Leaders will have safety protocols in place for check-in, lunch, washroom utilization and staff training.
