located at 42025 Government Road , Squamish, British Columbia.

 Proposed variances:
The general intent and purpose of the proposed Development Variance Permit No. DVP00011 is to vary 

1. Section 8.6 Minimum Setbacks for Principal Building Rear Setback:

• From – 62 m
• To - 1.47 m
