located at 41343 Horizon Drive, Squamish, British Columbia.

 

Proposed variances:
The general intent and purpose of the proposed Development Variance Permit No. DVP00004 is to vary District of Squamish Zoning Bylaw No. 2200, 2011 as follows:

  1. Section 40.XXX.6 Minimum Setbacks for Principal Buildings, Block C: Front Setback

    FROM:   7.62 m
    TO:           6.00 m

 

How to review the proposed Development Permit:

  • Drawings for the proposed development can be found on Development Showcase.
  • A copy of proposed Development Permit No 521 can be emailed out by request sent to planning@squamish.ca from October 7 to October 19, 2021.
