1: District of Squamish Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2500, 2017 , Amendment Bylaw (RS-1 Parcels) No. 2731, 2020. 

  • Proposed amendment:
    This Bylaw amends the OCP to add policy to s. 9.4 Sub Area Planning of the OCP to help guide future neighbourhood planning or rezoning applications for specific properties that are proposed for RM-5 zoning.
  • Affected Lands:
    North Crumpit parcel and Newport Ridge parcel

2: District of Squamish Zoning Bylaw No. 2200, 2011, Amendment Bylaw (Multiple Unit Residential (RM-5)) No. 2742, 2020

  • Proposed amendment:
    This Bylaw establishes a new Multiple Unit Residential Zone (RM-5) which permits low rise apartment dwellings or neighbourhood commercial up to a maximum height of 8 metres, and up to a maximum density of 12 units per 1 hectare, with a maximum FAR of 0.2.
