Brackendale - Forcemain Replacement along Depot Road

Details:
465 metres of existing sanitary forcemain is being replaced along Depot Road from Government Road to Rayburn Road

Impacts:

• Expect delays and single-lane alternating traffic.
• Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained.
• There will be minimal impact to homeowners along the route as we are using a trenchless installation method – there will be minimal impact to driveways, and dewatering is not required.
• The biggest impact will be to traffic at either end of the project site where there will be two open excavation sites to allow for installation.
• Plan an alternate route whenever possible to avoid delays.

Timeframe: June through July 2020. Work is anticipated to take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
