Council Strategic Plan
On June 7, 2016, Council adopted the 2016 Council Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan forms the starting point for the District's work plans during this Council's term and beyond. The plan charts a philosophical and action-oriented course. It's a “living” document designed to be forward thinking and progressive.
The 2016 update further refines the plan and aims to create an accessible, affordable, interesting, innovative, energetic, safe, walk-able Squamish that attracts pioneering businesses and energizes its residents.
