Construction Projects and Traffic Impacts

This list provides information about planned projects that may impact traffic during the upcoming week. Weather, unforeseen issues, and emergencies may cause schedule changes without notice.

Corridor Trail and Highway 99 near Scott Crescent

Corridor Trail closed from approximately October 25 through December 31. Pedestrians and cyclists please follow detour via Scott Crescent. Visit the project page for additional details.

Raven Drive - gravel portion

Construction of road, water and sanitary works during daytime hours. Expect single lane alternating traffic or full closure with detour to end of Finch Drive may be in place. Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic.

Pemberton Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to Second Avenue

Shallow utilities, storm main, water service works will take place during daytime hours over 8 weeks beginning late September (anticipated). Expect single lane alternating traffic with some sidewalk closures. Use alternate routes as there may be extended delays. Please obey all traffic control devices and personnel. Some detours may be required. Road plates may be in place overnight. Please use caution in the work area.

Sidewalk closed.

Third Avenue at Victoria Street & Third Avenue at Main Street

Ongoing construction. Expect minor delays for delivery of construction materials. A temporary four-way stop sign will be in place at Third and Victoria for the duration of construction.

Private contractor projects are undertaken by a developer or utility. Private contractor projects are approved through the District's work permit process.
