Upcoming Clarke Drive/Highway 99 upgrades planned for October

Upgrades to the Clarke Drive/Highway 99 intersection will begin in October to provide access to the Waterfront Landing site. 

Upgrades include:

• A northbound left-turn lane on Highway 99
• A westbound straight through lane on Clarke Drive to the east of the intersection
• Pedestrian islands, traffic lights and street lights

The work will also include a re-alignment and upgrades to Clarke Drive, east of the highway intersection. 

Impact:

This work will impact all traffic movements through the Clark Drive and Highway 99 intersection. Alternate access to Valleycliffe and Hospital Hill is available via Valley Drive.
