Events Permit Application
Complete the following form providing as much information about your event, including all required event details and documentation such as:
- A location
- A production Schedule
- A site map
We are currently not issuing event permits for Sp'akw'us Feather Park.
*Please be aware that an application does not confirm your event date. Our office will be in touch with you to confirm the event date selected. Event dates are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. We may decline your event date at our discretion.
You MUST provide event insurance as well as all required documentation prior to receiving your event permit. Any event’s taking place without a permit will be considered an unsanctioned event.
Personal information collected through this form is only collected to process the Event Permit application. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Personal information collected through this form might be shared with other agencies to fulfill other permit requirements.
