Delegated DP 349 - 1123 Resolution Way
BCT Fencing has made an application to the district for a Development Permit to put up 2 shipping containers connected by a Quonset hut at 1123 Resolution Way. The building will be the primary location for the fencing company and will house their office. They will be fabricating and storing fencing materials onsite as well.
The project consists of 2 shipping containers, modified to meet the BC Building code standards for structures or buildings, connected by an open Quonset hut that will provide cover from the elements.
The site will be fenced with landscaping added at the main entrance along the Resolution Way frontage.
