Delegated DP 364 - Coast Mountain Academy

A development application has been received for 3225 Mamquam Road for a temporary private school for the Coast Mountain Academy Society for grades 7 – 12 on property at Quest University. The proposed school consists of four (4) portable classrooms, a portable administration office and washroom facilities. The portable buildings will be connected by a deck structure that will provide circulation and exterior learning space. A canopy will cover all decks and access points to provide weather protection.

Parking will be provided for twenty (20) cars as per the zoning bylaw. A one-way drive aisle with a drop-off lay by is proposed to reduce congestion at peak times.
