Development Permit No. 348 (41728 Cottonwood Road)

An application has been received to construct a single-family unit at 41728 Cottonwood Drive, Brackendale.  As the property abuts a creek, an environmental Development Permit (in DP Area No. 11) is required.  This permit regulates the distance between proposed development and watercourses, determines the size of the Streamside Protection and Enhancement Areas (SPEA), and determines measures to protect and maintain the integrity of the riparian area.

The proposal also includes enhancement works, predominantly within the SPEA, such as removal of invasive species and re-vegetation of the SPEA with native riparian plants
