Development Permit No. 353 - 1851 Mamquam Road
Canadian Tire has made an application to the District for a Development Permit to do façade improvements at the existing Canadian Tire location.
The improvements include a new paint scheme in an ivory color around the majority of the building with dark charcoal grey and white around the entrance. The project also includes changing the existing signage on the front of the building. The new signage will be the same design but smaller.
The Canadian Tire location currently has a Sani Dump located onsite in the parking lot and the DP proposal also includes a request to add signage for the existing Sani Dump.
