DP 367 Delegated DP No. 366

Gilmore Property Inc. have made application for a Delegated Development Permit for a façade upgrade to the property. They will have corrugated metal cladding covering the existing brick, in a galvalume in silver colouring.  The metal will be trimmed with black metal flashing.  The remaining wood surface around the windows will be painted a rust tone and the canopy will be a latte colour to create contrast with the metal.  The existing white metal soffit will be new black metal soffit.
