Loblaw Properties West Inc. has submitted an application for a Development Permit on property described as:
Lot 11, Block A & B, Plan VAP14896, Section 11 (PID 007-800-703). Located at 1900 Garibaldi Way, Squamish, BC.
This application, if approved, would allow for redevelopment of the front façade through a Development Permit application. The front of what is currently the Extra Foods building will be repainted. New illuminated and non-illuminated signage with eyebrow lighting will be installed. Existing signage for the Real Estate office and Post Office will remain, while the existing Extra Foods, Bell and Insurance signage will be replaced with new Independent Grocer signs. The existing canopy structure will be repainted. The Independent Grocer food store will expand internally into the existing Bell and Insurance units.
