DP 398 - 4311 Paradise Valley Road
The applicant is proposing a two lot subdivision of 4311 Paradise Valley Road. A Development Permit (DP) is required as there is a watercourse present on the property, as per DP Area 11 Protection of Riparian Areas. The DP will establish riparian setbacks for the protection of the watercourse as part of the requirements of subdivision and any future development.
