Temporary Trailer Rental RFQ
The District of Squamish is looking to rent a building trailer for at least 24 Months; please provide rental price, including the following options and costs – please see attached drawings.
Option A:
Cost #1 Wood Cladding
Rental for 30 months/40 months (24 x 40)
- Standard aluminum stairs – please delete from cost: wood deck/stairs and canopy
- Delivery and installation to Squamish BC and Demob at the end of the term
- Mechanical and Electrical as per drawings
- 21 foundation points to 21” with 24” X 24” x 3” pressure pad with 6” x 6” x 18” pressure treated blocks and 10 seismic ground anchors
- Certified professional - structural engineer: foundation design, structural schedules
- Skirting to cover foundation
- Roll up shutters – provide breakdown pricing
- Millwork MW2 – provide breakdown pricing
MW2:
Option B:
- Same as above, without any of the bathroom facilities and Millwork
Expected delivery time: September 2020
Cost proposal submission deadline: June 12, 2020
Tenders will be received from qualified bidders only by the Construction Manager up to: Friday, June 12, 2020 at 2:00 pm.

Tenders, amendments and other related Documents received after the time and date of closing will not be considered by the Construction Manager.
Kinetic Construction will not be held responsible for email or server malfunctions which result in late tender submissions.
All Tenders are to be valid for a period of sixty (60) days.
Amendments to the tender will be accepted up to closing time and must be sent to tenders@kineticconstruction.com with CC scukier@kineticconstruction.com

Tenders will be opened privately by the Construction Manager and DoS following the closing time
