The Ice Arena is on Summer Break!

See you back in the fall.

We strongly recommend the use of helmets for all arena programs.

The following descriptions are best viewed in landscape mode on mobile devices.

Public Skate

Everyone is welcome! Come and meet up with friends and socialize while skating in this fun environment. Skate patrol are on the ice to supervise and support skaters. No strollers on the ice during this time.

Family Skate

For parents and children to skate together in a slower-paced setting. Children must be accompanied by a paid adult. Skate aids and strollers with clean wheels are welcome. Skate patrol staff are on the ice to supervise and support families.

Parent & Child Skate

Come practice fundamental skating skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Skate aids and strollers with clean wheels are welcome. Adults must be with their children on the ice. Ice may be shared with other Recreation Programs.

 

Toonie Skate

These are little snippets
of ice time for anyone
to come have a skate. Children under 19 years must be supervised. Adults must be directly supervising their children. No hockey sticks or pucks permitted. Ice may be shared with other Recreation programs.

Adult Drop-in
Hockey (19+)

A chance to drop in and work on some hockey skills. Maximum of 20 players plus two goalies (goalies are free). Full gear required. Participants must be at least 19 years of age.

Adult Drop-in
Stick & Puck (19+)

Helmets, gloves and ice hockey stick required. No goalies or scrimmages. Work on your skating skills in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Participants must be at least 19 years of age. This is a slower-paced program so please be courteous of all participants.

 Overtime Hockey
(60+)

Overtime Hockey is an ice time for players 60y+ to get together and enjoy a low-key hockey game. Full gear required.

Parent & Child Hockey
Up to 12 years old

Online pre-registration available due to
limited capacity.

Helmets are required and full gear recommended. Pucks and sticks are not provided. For safety, strollers and skate aids are not allowed on the ice. Adults must be directly supervising their children.

Note: This is not a team coaching session.
Youth Stick and Puck
13-18 years old

Online pre-registration
available due to
limited capacity.

Youth are welcome to practice their stick-handling and skating skills in a supervised environment. Helmet, gloves, and stick required. No goalies or scrimmages. Parental consent forms are available at the front desk and MUST be filled out prior to attendance.

    These can be viewed online at any time through the link above.
  • Most drop-in activities are paid at our Customer Service desk when you arrive at the facility.
  • You only need an account for to pre-register for select arena programs.

  • The arena schedule is subject to change. Please check online before heading to the arena for the most up-to-date information.
  • Children under the age of 7 must be within arms reach of a responsible adult.
