Facility Rentals

The District of Squamish offers a number of rental facilities for those looking to rent rooms, ice, fields or parks whether it is for a birthday party, an organized event or a pick-up hockey game. District staff can help find the right venue for your event.

The District of Squamish Liability Insurance Program miabc.eventpolicy.ca is offered to rental users for District facilities (i.e. ice, fields, rooms and parks) who do not carry their own, or adequate insurance when renting a District facility.

It is mandatory for rental users groups and individuals to carry liability insurance when renting a District facility.

Brennan Park Recreation Centre

Due to the facility renovations, the Tantalus and Black Tusk rooms at Brennan Park Recreation Centre will be unavailable for bookings from November 21 until Spring 2025.

A community cornerstone for Squamish, Brennan Park Recreation Centre offers a variety of room rentals for private functions of all types.

• Black Tusk Activity Room; (Not available from November 21, 2024 until Spring 2025)
• Tantalus Activity Room; (Not available from November 21, 2024 until Spring 2025)
