Brennan Park Recreation Centre arena vaccination clinics begin April 15 for eligible residents

The District continues to work with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) to provide facilities for upcoming COVID-19 vaccination clinics. The Brennan Park Recreation Centre Arena will be used for vaccination clinics beginning April 15. Vaccines will be provided only to eligible residents with appointments booked in advance.

Who can get vaccinated in Squamish:

Vancouver Coastal Health is working with the Province of B.C. to implement Phase 3 of the COVID-19 Immunization Plan. The VCH website is a one-stop-shop for all the vaccination information and links you need for when and how to register for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

Appointments are based on age, B.C. COVID-19 Immunization Plan phasing and vaccine supply.

Thursday, April 15 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Tuesday, April 27 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Please note these clinics are for eligible residents only. An appointment must be made in advance in order to receive a vaccination. 

If you are an adult who works in Whistler: 

VCH invites adults 18 years of age and older who have not yet been vaccinated, and who live or who work in the Whistler community to receive a Dose 1 COVID-19 vaccination for a two-week period beginning April 12. AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine:

The AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine is available for people born in 1956-1966 (age 55 - 65). Please book directly through a participating pharmacy.The participating pharmacies are listed on the BC Pharmacy Association website. Appointments for AstraZeneca cannot be booked through the VCH COVID-19 vaccine appointment booking line.
