This rezoning application seeks to amend the CD-99 zoning to allow apartment use throughout the site, including the southeast portion where apartment use is not currently permitted. The overall project density would remain unchanged. The residential density would be increased from 1.19 to 1.36 FAR (with a corresponding decrease in commercial density). The additional residential density is proposed in the form of a rental apartment building in the northeast corner of the site.

LOT O - ZONING AMENDMENT

The District has received an application to amend the Comprehensive Development Zone No. 69 to increase the permitted number of residential rental tenure units from 207 to 249 units in Area C. An amendment to the PDA will be required. A Development Permit application proposes 249 rental units in 5 buildings with industrial at grade; a sixth building includes a childcare facility and space for Squamish Arts.
