The District of Squamish has received an application for the North Phase of Comprehensive Development Zone 77 (CD-77) also know as "Redbridge".

Project Details:

The proposal includes 102 apartment units and 16 townhome units within three separate buildings attached by a continuous underground parkade. The project is seeking the following variances:

1. Reduce the side setback from 6m to 2.7m to accommodate a larger waste room.
2. Increase the allowed height from 4 to 5 storeys on a portion of Building F to support an enclosed roof top amenity space. The height of the amenity space would still be within the 26m height allowance.
