Development Permit No. DP000643 proposes to construct two buildings on the Squamish Oceanfront in Area A and Area D.

Project Details:

The south building proposes a mix of commercial and residential uses, while the north building proposes only residential uses; 308 total residential units are proposed. The buildings will need to meet the form and character established by Development Permit Area 12: Squamish Oceanfront, DP000643 proposes several variances including: a variance to the height in Area A from 10nm to 25m, a variance to the height in Area D: from 20m to 25m to facilitate mass timber construction, a reduced interior side setback in Area A from 5m to 4m, and a reduction in the required parking from 556 stalls to 466 stalls.
