2026 Field Allocation

Field User Request for Season 1
March 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026

Request deadline:
December 22, 2025

Fields:
Centennial Fields (1-4, 7, 8), Field 5 (Homer Dome), Field 6 (LaRoy Watt), Hendrickson Fields, Artificial Turf, Howe Sound Secondary Community Field, and Beer Garden or Tournament use within the District of Squamish.

How to request:
Contact Recreation Services via booking@squamish.ca or call 604.898.3604 to get the Field User Request forms.

A Field Allocation meeting will be held on January 28, 2026 at 6 p.m. at Brennan Park Recreation Centre.
A final calendar will be posted online no later than February 16, 2026.

2026 Maintenance Closures

Hendrickson: March 30-April 10

Fields 1, 2, 3, 4, 6: April 20-May 1

Hendrickson and Field 5: June 22-July 3

Fields 1, 2, 3, 4, 6: July 6-17 (There will be no Field Requests during this closure.)

Hendrickson and Field 5: August 4-7 (Open on BC Day)

Fields 1, 2, 3, 4, 6: August 17-28 (These fields will be open on weekends during this time.)

Artificial Turf Weekly Maintenance Closures:
Every Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Field Information

• Final calendars are subject to change any time due to maintenance, damage, conflicts or weather.
• Field closures include all field maintenance. These closures are weather dependent and for transitions between Soccer and Ball (posts, line work, and backstops).
• The Howe Sound Community Field bookings are subject to change.
• Once final calendars have been produced - Sports Groups will be provided opportunities to book any unused availability of the fields.
