NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Section 494 of the Local Government Act that the District of Squamish has received application and will be considering issuance of a Temporary Use Permit as indicated herein. The District of Squamish will receive representations from persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposed temporary use(s).

The Temporary Use Permit approval will be considered by the Director of Community Development at 4:30 p.m. on August 6, 2025 at Municipal Hall, 37955 Second Avenue, Squamish, British Columbia.

PROPOSED TEMPORARY USE

To allow for a Sales Centre on the eastern portion of the property shown on the Location Map.

A copy of the temporary use permit application and related information may be inspected at Municipal Hall, 37955 Second Avenue, Squamish, British Columbia, from July 24 to August 5, 2025 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Thursday inclusive, and between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, excluding statutory holidays.

Enquiries regarding the proposed Temporary Use Permit may be made to the Planning Department at 604-815-5002. A copy of the temporary use permit application and related information is available online at squamish.ca/showcase.

Public input will be considered by the District in review of the application.

Persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposed temporary use permit may submit written submissions to planning@squamish.ca or, in person to the Director of Community Planning.

Written submissions can be addressed to the Director of Community Planning and will be received up until 4 p.m. August 5, 2025.
