Held during National Small Business Week, the Squamish Business Symposium (SBS) is presented by the Squamish Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the District of Squamish (DOS) and TD Canada Trust Manager of Business Banking, Heidi Van Lith.
The Symposium aims to provide emerging and existing small business owners and entrepreneurs with knowledge and resources to grow their business. In addition, guests have the opportunity to attend development workshops and panel discussions on successes and best practices.
The two-day event will take place during National Small Business Week on October 23rd and 24th, at the Squamish Adventure Centre. Resource display booths will be open during the afternoon; workshops and panel discussion will be held in the evening.
Exhibitors will include small business consultants, financial institutions, legal services, accountants, bookkeepers, government agencies, marketing and advertising consultants, IT support, web / internet solutions, insurance, business grant / start-up loan providers, payment processing providers and Chamber of Commerce.
