Waterfront Landing is located on the south east side of the Mamquam Blind Channel, adjacent to Highway 99 on the former Interfor Mill site. The site will be transformed into a new mixed-use neighbourhood, community park, shoreline trail, lookout points, community walkway as well as natural areas and shoreline restoration.
