Recreation Facility Attendant 2 - Regular Full-Time

Bylaw Noticing/Adjudication (Clerk 3) - Temporary Part-Time

Financial Services Specialist - Temporary Full Time (12-18 months)
In this role you will perform more complex accounting and administrative duties.  As one of your main responsibilities you provide financial services, advice, and expertise to your assigned client departments while ensuring their compliance with financial processes and reporting.  You have strong technical accounting skills, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service.  As well, you are capable of interpreting complex legislation, policies, and contractual agreements and constantly monitoring for data integrity, strong financial controls, and process improvements.  To find out more, click here!

Legislative Assistant - Temporary Full Time (Approx. 1 year)
Are you an administrative professional seeking a challenging opportunity at the District of Squamish?  The District is looking for a Legislative Assistant to fill approximately a one year contract, providing clerical and confidential administrative support within the Legislative Services Department. Requirements include a diploma in a related field such as Business or Public Administration. Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum of five years’ progressive experience working in a City Clerk’s department, with two years at an executive level. Procurement Officer - Regular Full-Time 
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing for the District, including sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes. Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Analyst assists in planning, analysis reporting, and oversight of financial systems for the District.
