Update February 13, 7 a.m.: Good news from Brennan Park this morning as the pool temperature is climbing back up after boiler issues on Monday evening and Tuesday. The therapy pool, hot tub and steam room continue to be unaffected. Thank you for your patience.

Update February 12, noon: All aquatic programs continue to run and the main pool remains open, though is cooler than usual due to the issue reported Monday evening. The therapy pool, hot tub and steam room are unaffected. Brennan Park customer service staff can be reached at 604.898.3604 if you have specific questions. Thank you for your patience.

February 11, 10 p.m. - The Brennan Park main pool experienced a communications issue with the boiler Monday evening, and the pool temperature is dropping. An emergency service technician has been called to attend, however it might be later in the day on Tuesday before they can get on-site from the city.

The pool, therefore, will be cooler than normal, and may be too cool for (most) swimmers during the next couple of days.

We will provide an update on Tuesday with further information.

Contact Brennan Park with any questions in the meantime on Tuesday morning at 604.898.3604. The customer service desk opens at 8 a.m.

Thank you for your patience.
