We encourage British Columbians to ride their bike as much as possible from June 3rd to 9th, 2024: ride to work, to school, for fun, for exercise, to relieve stress, to clear your mind … no matter the reason, just ride your bike and log your total kilometers online at www.GoByBikeBC.ca and you’ll be entered into a prize draw for some great prizes!
We have three major free events planned for GoByBike Week!
June 4, 2024 / 3 – 6 PM / at Brennan Park parking lot – Bike Tune-Up Station
Come to Brennan Park Recreation Centre and get your bike tuned up and ready for the season. We will be located along the Corridor Trail and will be on site from 3 – 6 PM.
If your bike needs a tweak to get it back into top condition, this is a great chance to have it done.
This event is free and does not require registration.
June 5, 2024 / 6 – 7.30 PM / at Rose Park – Bike Maintenance Basics Workshop
Come learn essential knowledge that will help keep your bike running smoothly. Learn from a professional bike mechanic how to:
No experience required. Everyone welcome. All tools and supplies will be provided.
Registration is required for this workshop, spots are limited. This is a free event – please only sign up if you can definitely make it. Register HERE
