Residents may notice the odor in the general area around the work zone or in their home if they have an existing plumbing problem such as a dry pea trap or vent issue. Notices will be sent out to residents in work area providing advance notice and steps to take if any odor is detected in their home. There may also be traffic impacts, including parking.
