Update: July 26, 2019:
During the week of July 29 to August 2, paving is scheduled on the following roads:
The District of Squamish has identified the list of roads for maintenance in this year's paving program. Road selection is based on the District’s Pavement Management Program (PMP), current road conditions and planned projects such as active transportation, watermain and sanitary work.
The District has budgeted $1,100,000 for upgrades.
Work could begin as early as April 23 and is expected to continue through the end of October. Work is weather dependent and scheduling may change throughout the construction season.
A portion of the roads in the table below are planned in conjunction with other District infrastructure projects and paving is dependent on these projects being completed. Roads without associated infrastructure projects are expected to be complete this summer.
For any inquiries regarding the Paving Program, please contact Josianne Roy, Engineering Technician at 604.815.5051 or by email.
