2018 municipal election official results

The District of Squamish has released the final results of the 2018 Local Government Election.

Squamish voters elected six Council members and one Mayor. A total of 7,024 ballots were cast, resulting in a voter turnout of 47.8%, once all new registrations were factored in. The total number of registered Eligible Electors was 14,695.

The new Council will be sworn in at the inaugural meeting on November 6, 2018.
