High Streamflow Advisory for the South Coast has ended

The River Forecast Centre has ended a High Streamflow Advisory for Howe Sound including the Stawamus River and surrounding creeks and tributaries.

Heavy rainfall from an atmospheric river storm event has now passed. Rivers peaked Monday, and levels are now easing to below levels of concern.

The River Forecast Centre will continue to monitor conditions and update this advisory as conditions warrant.
