Special weather statement issued for Howe Sound

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Howe Sound. Temperatures are expected to hover near the freezing mark, a mix of rain or snow is forecast across the region.

Snowfall accumulations to are expected to exceed 5 cm through Friday morning and change to rain near midday Friday. More snow is possible this weekend with very cold arctic air expected to arrive next week.
